CARNIVAL OF SOULS – The Promotion with a Devil’s Messenger in Paradice

10-27-62. LA – Carnival of Souls is a serious classic Directed by Herk Harvey and a very influential movie that has been given the Criterion release and much deserved acclaim. If you have not seen it and have the taste for imaginative Horror, then please catch it as soon as possible. Everything that one seriously needs to know about it can be found right away, but in LA it had a cute promotion for a trip to Hawaii which made the program switch films to make The Devil’s Messenger the main film of the program.

10-26-62 – It took a day to get over the images that were censored!

Herts-Lion’s history might have been short lived, and it’s possibly safe to say that these two films were it’s best known. Information of where this played remains very here and there before winding up on TV some time after.
