Jess Franco – A classic scene featuring Soledad Miranda in Vampyros Lesbos

before I get to Lina, I wanted to post this nice clip featuring the lovey Soledad Miranda in what I think is her best appearance in a Franco film. Tasteful, with some excellent music by Manfred Hubler and Sigfried Schwab.

It’s of a very interesting note that Hubler and Schwab’s music was part of something called The Vampires’ Sound Incorporation, who released an album on Mercury in Germany in 1969. With a nice looking woman on the front cover, I’m sure that Jess was interested to hear what was on the grooves. The music is of an excellent quality and perfect for Euro Erotic Horror flicks like this, and it’s a tribute to Franco’s great music tastes that he wanted to use their sounds for a very interesting and entertaining film.
